Bucket of Cup O' The Irish Cookies

A baker's dozen of our uniquely original Irish Soda Bread Cookies.  Traditional Irish soda bread in cookie form!!!  We created a delicious recipe with minimal ingredients, and no eggs!!! (ingredients below).  With a sprinkle of turbinado sugar on top and raisins in the middle, these cookies are a perfect treat for the Irish in us all:)

Ingredients

All-purpose flour (Unbleached Hard Red Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour), Butter (Pasteurized cream, salt), Raisins, Whole Milk, Brown Sugar, Cane Sugar, Vanilla extract, Sodium Bicarbonate, Baking Powder, Salt.
